Who answers the phone

Hi there. I’m Oleksandr.

Oleksandr Savchenko, Prince George, BC. I run HiVis Digital on my own. I build the site, run the Google profile and the ads, and write the report. There is no account manager and no handoff: when you call, I answer.

Mon to Fri, 8 to 5 Pacific

Oleksandr Savchenko, owner of HiVis Digital

Where I came from

I build it. I run it. You own it.

I came to this from building WordPress sites and running SEO and Google Ads for local small businesses under my own name. Now I do it for one kind of business: Trades with 1 to 15 people, reported in phone calls, not clicks.

Everything I set up is opened in your name on day one: domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, ad accounts and call tracking. I am a manager on them, never the owner, so if you leave, nothing breaks.

Client sites are built on native WordPress. No page-builder bloat, no $400 a month lock-in.

What I do myself

  • Build your website on native WordPress
  • Set up and run your Google Business Profile: posts, photos, Q&A, review replies
  • Run your Google and Meta ads at a flat fee, never a percentage of spend
  • Write the one-page monthly report: calls, where each came from, what it cost, which ones booked
  • Answer every enquiry, the same day

What you won’t find here

  • An account manager or a junior between you and the person doing the work
  • A 12-month contract. It is month to month, with 30 days’ written notice
  • A report that counts clicks instead of phone calls
  • A price you only find out on a sales call

Why the name

Named after the one piece of kit every Trade wears.

“HiVis, like the vest.” That is how the name gets spelled over the phone, and it is the whole idea.

Hi-vis is there so you get seen. That is the job here too: visibility, so a good Trades business gets found by the customers already looking for it, before a worse one gets the call.

The name changed because a hard-to-spell surname does not belong on a truck door. The person did not: Savchenko stays as my name, on the certificates further down this page and on the phone when you call.

Get seen. Get the call.

Why one person

Fifteen clients at most. One per trade per town.

A firm with staff and a sales force has to keep signing clients to pay for them. I don’t, so the list stays short, and the person you hire is the person doing the work.

15

A hard cap on retainer clients

The cap is what keeps same-day replies true when one person does all the work. When the 15 places are taken, I say so in my first reply.

Same day

I answer every enquiry myself

Mon to Fri, 8 to 5 Pacific. If I’m on a site I call back the same afternoon. No ticket number, no call centre, no “your account manager will be in touch”.

1 per trade

One client per trade per town

I will not take your competitor in your town, and I will not rank them. The calls I get you are not shared with the shop down the road.

“Basically, you’re paying them to learn how to do the marketing.”

A contractor on r/Contractor

“I could call in anytime and didn’t have to remind anyone who I was or where the project left off.”

A business owner on Trustpilot, on a vendor they were happy with

Both are written into the HiVis standard: one person who answers and one client per trade per town.

Based in Prince George

Visible where the work is.

I’m based here, which means I know that “near me” in Prince George can mean Quesnel, and that a site which doesn’t say where you work is a liability in the North.

HiVis Digital is the only trades-only marketing shop north of Kamloops. The Lower Mainland specialists don’t list Prince George, every firm here serves everyone, and the search results for marketing in Prince George are held by city pages written in Toronto and Dallas. I live here, and my clients can be checked by name.

When a customer searches your trade, the map answers first: “near me” searches bring up the Maps pack every time (Search Engine Journal, 2025). That is why the work starts with your Google profile, and why every town you drive to gets named on your site.

$314M

in Prince George building permits in 2025, across 431 permits, up from $267M in 2024 (City of Prince George).

Quesnel, Vanderhoof, Mackenzie, Fort St. James and Burns Lake. On PLUS, every town you serve gets its own service-area page.

How I work with you

Remote by default.
In person in Prince George.

The prices are the same anywhere in Canada, and so is the person on the other end of the phone.

Anywhere in Canada

Video call, email and the report

Delivery is remote by default: video calls, email and the monthly report, and a phone I answer myself.

Prince George

At your shop or on site

If you’re in Prince George, I’ll meet you at your shop or on the job site. The half-day job-site photo shoot is the one Prince George-only add-on: $450.

Every month

One page, from one person

Calls, where each came from, what it cost, which ones booked, with recordings you can listen to. Questions about it come to me, not a help desk.

Check before you call

Proof, not assertion.

Three certificates, the standard I work to in writing, and a case study with the owner’s name on it.
