HiVis Digital · Marketing for Trades

Prince George, BC

Month-to-month service agreement

This is the agreement every client signs. It fits on one page.

01

Who this is between

This agreement is between HiVis Digital, a sole proprietorship of Oleksandr Savchenko in Prince George, BC (“I”, “me”), and the business named at the bottom of this page (“you”).

02

What I do

The work you order, as described on the prices page on the day you sign:

  • HiVis Launch, the build: a native WordPress site of 5 to 8 pages, your Google Business Profile set up or cleaned up, call tracking, review requests and the HiVis Blueprint, all in your name. Delivered 21 working days from the day I have your content.
  • HiVis Blueprint, the written plan: profile audit, competitor map, keyword and service-area list, what to fix first.
  • CORE, PLUS or PRO, month to month: the work listed for that tier.
  • Add-ons, as listed in clause 3.

Moving between tiers takes one email; the new fee starts with the next monthly invoice.

03

Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars. I don’t charge GST, HST or any other sales tax, so each invoice is the price listed here:

  • HiVis Launch: $3,900, one time
  • HiVis Blueprint: $297, one time, credited in full against a Launch ordered within 90 days
  • CORE: $495 a month
  • PLUS: $995 a month
  • PRO: $1,495 a month, plus your own ad spend (clause 6)
  • Extra service-area town page: $250 each
  • Half-day job-site photo shoot, Prince George only: $450
  • Truck decal and yard sign design, printed by your sign shop: $350
  • Extra content piece or project write-up: $150

If I change my prices, yours stay the same until I give you 30 days’ written notice, and you can end this agreement within that time.

04

Paying

The Launch, the Blueprint and add-ons are one-time invoices, sent when you order. I start when the invoice is paid. Retainers are invoiced at the start of each month. Invoices are due in 14 days. If one is still unpaid 14 days after that, I pause the work until it is paid. Nothing is switched off or taken from you.

05

Month to month

No minimum term and no auto-renewal clause. Either side can end this agreement, or any part of it, with 30 days’ written notice, and an email counts. No cancellation fee: you pay for the notice period and for work already done, and nothing after that. If a Launch is stopped part way, you keep what is built and I refund the fee for the work not done.

06

Ad spend and other costs

Ad spend is not part of my flat fees. You pay it to Google and Meta from your own card, in ad accounts in your name. I never hold it, mark it up or take a percentage of it. For PRO I recommend at least $1,000 a month; you set the budget. Where a provider bills an account in your name directly, such as a domain renewal, you pay its price and I add nothing.

07

What you own

Every account your work needs is opened in your name on day one: domain, hosting, the WordPress site, Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, Meta business account, call-tracking numbers, and analytics and Search Console. If one sits in someone else’s name, I help you move it into yours during the build. I am a manager on them, never the primary owner.

What you send me stays yours, and the site and content I make for you are yours once that invoice is paid. When this agreement ends, I hand over any login I hold and remove my own access. Nothing is held back.

08

The monthly report

Every retainer includes a one-page report each month: how many calls, where each came from, what it cost and which ones booked, with the recordings. Phone calls and booked jobs, not clicks. PRO also includes a 15-minute check-in every week.

09

Answering you

I answer every enquiry from you myself, the same business day (Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 Pacific). If I’m on a site, I call back the same afternoon. No account manager, no handoff, and a cap of 15 retainer clients so this stays true.

10

One client per trade per town

While this agreement is active, with a Launch being built or a retainer running, I will not take on a competing business in your trade in your town. Your trade and town are written at the bottom of this page.

11

No ranking or results promises

I don’t promise rankings, a top spot on the map, a number of calls or any other result. Google and Meta decide who shows and where, and they change their rules without notice. What I do promise is on this page.

12

What I need from you

  • Content and photos for the build. The 21 working days start when I have them.
  • Logins, approvals and verification codes when I ask. A delay on your side moves my dates by the same amount.
  • Someone answering the phone. Marketing can’t fix a phone nobody answers.
  • Tracked lines play a short notice that calls may be recorded. You make sure any other notice the law requires where you work is in place. Recording can be switched off on any number.
  • A check that what I publish about your business is true, licences and certificates included.

13

Confidentiality and privacy

Your business information, numbers and customers’ details stay private and are used only for this work. I don’t sell them, and I never share them with another client. I name you or show your results in public only with your OK. The site I build carries a small “Site by HiVis Digital” link in its footer unless you ask me to remove it. Personal information: see my privacy policy.

14

Liability

The most I owe you for any loss I cause is the total of the fees you paid me in the 3 months before it happened. I am not responsible for what Google, Meta or other platforms do, such as suspending an account or changing where you show up. This limit doesn’t cover fraud or wilful misconduct.

15

Law and changes

The laws of British Columbia apply, and its courts settle any disagreement that talking it through doesn’t. This page, with the details at the bottom filled in, is the whole agreement. Changes need both sides to agree in writing, and an email counts. If this page and the website’s terms of service disagree, this page wins.

16

Reference calls

Once a quarter, at most, I may ask you to take a short reference call from a Trade thinking of hiring me.

Filled in when you sign

Your business: legal name and address

Your trade and your town (clause 10)

What you ordered, and the start date (clauses 2 and 3)

Your email for notices

Signed for your business: name and date

Signed for HiVis Digital: Oleksandr Savchenko, date

The signed copy is the one that counts. If a clause reads differently to you than it does to me, ask me before you sign.

Version 1.0

Before you sign

Questions about a clause? Ask me first.

If anything here reads differently to you than it does to me, I would rather hear it before you sign than after. Send me the clause number and I’ll answer it myself, the same business day.
