CORE · For 1 to 2 truck shops
Google Business Profile for Trades. The map and the phone, handled.
When the furnace quits at 6 pm, be the first name on the map. I keep your Google profile current every week, keep your site running, track and record every call, and show you on one page a month which calls booked.
$495
A month. Less than one service call.
Month to month
30 days’ written notice. No cancellation fee.
In your name
Your Google profile, the tracking number and the hosting. I’m a manager on them, never the primary owner.

I work your profile myself. Every post, photo and review reply, every week. No account manager, no junior.
Found first
When something breaks, the customer opens the map, not your website.
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, appliance repair, locksmiths, towing: the emergency and service trades live on the map. The job goes to a name the customer can see, call and trust right now. Three facts decide who that is.
100%
of “near me” searches show the map.
Someone types “furnace repair near me” and Google answers with the Maps pack, every time. That short list of names is where an emergency job gets decided, before anyone looks at a website.

1st
to pick up gets the job.
An emergency customer calls down the map until somebody answers. In Prince George the complaint is not finding a contractor, it’s getting one to reply: “I am struggling to find a contractor to even reply to me.”

91%
read the reviews before they call.
91% of customers read reviews before picking a contractor, and Google is the top place they read them (56%), ahead of the contractor’s own site (51%). Recent reviews with replies turn a tap on the map into a call.

CORE is built on those three facts: be on the map, pick up the phone, and have the reviews to back you.
What CORE includes
The profile, the site, the calls and the report. Every month.
I do the work myself, in accounts opened in your name. No account manager, no junior, no handoff.
The map
Your Google Business Profile, worked every week.
- A post every week: a job you finished, a service you want more of, a seasonal reminder.
- Photos from your jobs, added as you send them, captioned with the service and the town.
- Q&A kept up, so the common questions are answered before the phone rings.
- Every review answered, the five-star ones and the hard ones.
The site
Your website, kept running while you’re in the field.
- Hosting, in an account in your name.
- Security: the site kept patched and watched.
- Updates to WordPress, the theme and the plugins.
- Small edits: a new service, a price change, a holiday notice, a new photo. Send it, I change it.
The phone
Every call tracked and recorded.
- A tracking number on your profile and your site that rings straight through to the phone you already answer.
- Every call recorded, so you can hear what the customer asked for.
- Every call logged by where it came from: the profile, the site, or somewhere else.
- Your own number stays on the truck and the yard signs.
The report
One page a month. Calls, not clicks.
How many called, where each one came from, what it cost, which ones booked. Recordings attached, so a “booked” is a job you can hear being booked. No dashboard login, no 40-page PDF. If a number is bad, the page says so.
Sample layout with example numbers, not a client’s figures.

Your end of it
I run the map. You do three things nobody else can.
The profile gets you the call. What happens next is yours, and it shows up in the report every month.
01 · Every call
Answer the phone.
First to pick up wins. If you’re under a sink, call back before they call the next name on the map. Marketing can’t fix a phone nobody answers, and the recordings will show which calls slipped.
02 · Every job
Send photos from jobs.
A few a week, straight from your phone. Real work, your truck, your crew, the town you were in. I crop them, caption them and put them on the profile. Proof of work beats any stock photo.
03 · Every happy customer
Ask for the review.
Ask before you leave the driveway. On CORE the asking is yours and every reply is mine. The review request system comes with the HiVis Launch; the review engine, which sends the request after each job for you, comes with PLUS.
The price
$495 a month. Less than one service call.
A flat fee, month to month. I don’t charge GST, so the price you see is the price you pay. “How many hours must I work to pay for this?” is the right question, so here is the answer in your units.

Yours to keep
Your profile, in your name.
The reviews on your Google profile took years of good work to earn. The profile stays in your name. I’m added as a manager, never the primary owner. Leave with 30 days’ notice and nothing breaks: the profile, the reviews, the photos and the site stay exactly where they are.
If a past vendor owns it, getting it back is the first job.
Sometimes the profile was opened years ago under a marketer’s email, a bundle vendor’s account or an employee who has since left. Before I post a single photo, primary ownership goes back to you, handed over by the old owner if they cooperate and through Google’s ownership request if they don’t. Then I add myself as a manager under you.
In your name from day one
- Google Business Profile, with you as primary owner
- Every review, photo and post on it
- The call-tracking number
- The hosting account and the domain

Not a fit
Who CORE is not for.
Saying no early saves you a month. If you’re shopping on price alone, I’m not your guy.
- Owners who don’t return calls. CORE gets the phone ringing; it can’t pick it up for you.
- Shops booked a year out that no longer advertise. You’re a referral source, not a buyer.
- Anyone who wants a promised ranking or pay-per-lead pricing. Nobody honest can promise a spot on the map.
- A shop whose competitor in the same town is already a client. One client per trade per town, and I will not take your competitor.
- Businesses outside the Trades: restaurants, realtors, retail.
When CORE is not the whole answer
More towns, or a site first.
CORE is the starting point for a 1 to 2 truck shop, not a ceiling. Moving between tiers is a sentence in an email.
Up to PLUS · $995 a month
When you want towns outside Prince George, and the season booked.
CORE keeps your profile and your site working where you’re based. When you want the calls from Quesnel, Vanderhoof, Mackenzie, Burns Lake and Fort St. James too, PLUS adds a service-area page for every town you serve, citations, two content pieces a month, the review engine, and Local Services Ads management if your trade is eligible.
About six hours of your labour
No site yet · HiVis Launch, $3,900 one-time
CORE looks after a site. It doesn’t build one.
Bring the site you already have if it’s sound, or start with the HiVis Launch: a native WordPress site of 5 to 8 pages, your Google profile set up or cleaned up, a call tracking number, the review request system and the HiVis Blueprint, handed over in your name 21 working days from content received.

Questions
Straight answers about CORE.
Not on the list? Send me your Google profile link with the question. I answer every enquiry myself, same day.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. 30 days’ written notice, no cancellation fee, no auto-renewal clause. The whole agreement is one page and it is published on this site, so you can read it before you call me.
Do I need a website for CORE?
CORE looks after a site; it doesn’t build one. If you have a WordPress site in your name, CORE takes over the hosting, security and updates. If your site sits on a page builder or a vendor’s platform, I’ll tell you straight whether it can stay or whether the HiVis Launch is the better fix. No site at all? Start with the Launch: $3,900, one time.
Can you get me to the top of the map?
I won’t promise a position. Nobody honest can, because Google decides the order. What I promise is the work, every week, and a report that shows the calls it produced. If the calls aren’t there, you’ll see it on the page, and you can leave with 30 days’ notice.
Word of mouth keeps me busy. Why bother with the map?
Keep the word of mouth; CORE doesn’t replace it. Google is where word of mouth gets checked: a neighbour gives your name, the customer looks you up, and 91% of customers read reviews before picking a contractor. A referral who can’t find you on the map calls the next name.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your own number stays on the truck, the yard signs and the invoices. The tracking number rings straight through to the phone you already answer; it’s how the report knows which calls came from the map.
How much of my time does CORE take?
Answer the phone, send photos from jobs, ask happy customers for a review, and read one page a month. I do the rest, and when you have a question I answer it myself, same day.
Can I move up to PLUS later, or back down?
Yes, and it takes one line in an email. Move up to PLUS when you want towns outside your own and the season booked; move back when the budget says so.
I’m not in Prince George. Can I still get CORE?
Yes. Same price anywhere in Canada, and delivery is remote by default: video call, email and the monthly report. One client per trade per town still applies, so if I already look after your trade in your town, I’ll tell you in the first reply.

Send me your Google profile link.
I’ll tell you in two lines whether CORE can help. No audit call, no deck. Same day, from me. If it’s not a fit I’ll say so and tell you what I’d do instead.
