HiVis Launch · $3,900 one-time

A website that brings you jobs. Not an award-winning brochure.

A native WordPress site with pages for the services you sell and the towns you work in, your Google profile set up, a tracked phone number and a review system. Live 21 working days after your content is in, handed over in your name, paid for once.

$3,900

One invoice. No monthly fee to me.

21 days

Working days from the day your content is in.

In your name

Domain, hosting, the site, your Google profile and the call tracking number, from day one.

Oleksandr Savchenko

I build it myself. Every page written and built by the person who answers your call. No junior, no offshore handoff.

Live 21 working days after content

The first look

Customers judge you before they call.

A referral gives them your name. Then they look you up. If the site looks unfinished, or there is no site at all, they call the next name on the map.

Word of mouth still works. Google is where it gets checked.

What a weak site costs you

  • Compared on price alone, because nothing on the page sets you apart.
  • Donating estimates to tire kickers who were never going to book.
  • Losing bids to shops whose work isn’t better, just better shown.
  • Word of mouth as the only source of work. Fine until the phone goes quiet.

91%

of customers read reviews before they pick a contractor. ACHR News, 2024

51%

look for those reviews on the contractor’s own website. Only Google is checked more, at 56%. ACHR News, 2024

100%

of “near me” searches show the Maps pack, so your site and your Google profile have to tell the same story. Search Engine Journal, 2025

Why it matters

Why a “good enough” website costs you jobs.

Most Trades sites aren’t bad. They are a logo, a phone number and a line about quality workmanship. That is a brochure. A site that brings you jobs does three things a brochure doesn’t.

01

It shows the proof before the call.

Customers can’t see your work from the road. Your certs, your photos and your reviews have to do the convincing before they pick up the phone.

  • Licences, insurance and certs up front
  • Reviews next to the service they praise
  • Photos of your own jobs, never stock

02

It lets the wrong customers rule themselves out.

Every estimate for a job you were never going to win is an evening off the tools. A clear site says what you do, where you do it and what a job involves, so the people who call are ready to hire.

  • Service area and job types stated plainly
  • A quote form that asks the right questions
  • Click-to-call for the ready, a form for the rest

03

It gets you found in every town you work in.

A customer in Quesnel searches for a roofer in Quesnel. A page for each service and each town gives Google a reason to show you there, not only in the town your shop is in.

  • A page for every service you want calls for
  • A page for every town on your route
  • A Google profile that matches the site

HiVis Launch · the scope

Everything in the Launch, in writing.

One fixed scope, one price, no “custom quote”. This is the whole list. If something isn’t on it, it isn’t in the price, and I tell you before you pay for it.

Found first

The site

  • Native WordPress, 5 to 8 pages
  • Service pages for the work you want calls for
  • Service-area pages for the towns you work in
  • A project gallery and a review feed
  • Click-to-call on every page, and a short quote form
  • Built for a phone first

Calls you can count

The map and the phone

  • Google Business Profile set up, or cleaned up if you already have one
  • A call tracking number, so every call from the site is counted
  • A review request system, ready for your first job after launch

Yours to keep

The plan and the handover

  • The HiVis Blueprint, the written plan
  • Every account opened in your name
  • Handover with every login in your hands
  • Live 21 working days from content received

Work in more towns than the scope covers? Extra service-area pages are $250 each. See the price.

How it’s built

Built on native WordPress. No page-builder bloat, no $400 a month lock-in.

Native means the site is built with the editor that ships with WordPress. No page-builder plugin stacked on top, no rented site builder, and no monthly platform fee just to keep it online.

Fast on a phone

Your customer is on a phone, often with the problem already happening. A lean site loads before they give up and call the next name.

Nothing to rent

No builder licence to renew and no platform that holds your pages if you stop paying it. The hosting account is in your name.

Anyone can work on it

It is standard WordPress, so any WordPress developer can pick it up after me. You are never stuck with me.

A contractor on r/Contractor

By trade

What your trade’s site needs.

Same scope, different pages. A furnace repair site and a hydrovac site do different jobs, so the Blueprint decides which pages you get and what goes on them.

Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, appliance repair, locksmiths, towing

A site built for the call that can’t wait.

  • Click-to-call at the top of every page
  • A page for each emergency and repair service
  • Hours and service area stated plainly

Roofers, pavers, excavation, landscaping, snow removal, fencing, decks

Found in every town you work, before the season starts.

  • Service-area pages for each town on your route
  • Seasonal service pages, live before the season opens
  • Project photos sorted by job type

General contractors, renovators, kitchen and bath, flooring, painters, drywall

Show the work before they ask for the estimate.

  • Project galleries by job type
  • Reviews placed next to the work they describe
  • A quote form that asks scope and timing up front

Welders, fabricators, asbestos removal, hydrovac, mobile mechanics, equipment repair

The paperwork a site super checks, on one page.

  • WorkSafeBC clearance and your COR certificate, shown
  • A coverage map of where you work
  • Equipment, capabilities and references a site super can check

Cleaning, junk removal, moving, pest control, auto repair and detailing

Your own booking page, instead of a rented listing.

  • A review feed that shows your latest reviews
  • Service-area pages for every town you cover
  • A short booking or quote form that works on a phone

The process

21 working days from content to launch.

Four steps, in this order, every time. Content delays are the single biggest cause of stalled builds, so the intake asks for everything up front and the clock starts when it is in.

01 · Week 1

The Blueprint

You send your Google profile link. I audit it, map your competitors in your town, list the services and towns worth a page, and write down what to fix first. You get a document, not a sales call.

02 · Before the clock starts

Content intake

One intake form asks for everything at once: services, towns, photos, reviews, licences and certs, and any logins you already hold. I ask once, so the build never sits waiting on a logo.

03 · 21 working days

The build

I write the pages and build the site on native WordPress, set up or clean up your Google profile, and connect the call tracking number and the review system. You see it all before it goes live.

04 · Launch day

Handover

Site, profile, call tracking and review system go live, and every login is in your name. A pain-free handover: nothing to transfer, because it was yours from day one.

Yours to keep

You own it. Every account, in your name.

The domain, the hosting, the site, the Google profile and the call tracking number are opened in your name on day one. I am a manager on them, never the primary owner. Leave and nothing breaks.

It is the second line of the HiVis standard, and it is written into the one-page agreement.

The Launch is a one-time invoice. Once it is live you can keep me on, month to month, or take every login and go. Either way, it stays yours.

Keep it found

A site nobody finds is a brochure.

The Launch gets the site and the profile right. Staying found is weekly work: posts, photos, review replies, updates, and a report that counts the calls. That is CORE.

Or

Walk away with everything.

No plan at all is a real option. You keep the site, the domain, the hosting, the Google profile and the call tracking number, all in your name. If the phone goes quiet later, you know where I am.

CORE

1 to 2 trucks

A shop that needs the map and the phone handled.

$495 / month

Less than one service call

  • Google profile: weekly posts, photos, Q&A, review replies
  • Site hosting, security, updates, small edits
  • Call tracking and recording
  • Monthly one-page report

The map and the phone, handled.

PLUS

3 to 8 people

A shop that wants the corridor and the season booked.

$995 / month

About one roof repair

  • Everything in CORE
  • Service-area pages for every town you serve
  • Citations and two content pieces a month
  • Review engine: automated requests after each job
  • Local Services Ads management, if your trade is eligible

Booked across the corridor.

PRO

Crews to feed

A shop ready to buy calls with ad spend.

$1,495 / month

Plus ad spend · about one furnace install

  • Everything in PLUS
  • Google Ads and Meta ads at a flat fee, never a percentage of spend
  • A landing page for each campaign
  • Weekly 15-minute check-in
  • Ad spend paid from your own account, recommended minimum $1,000 a month

Calls on demand, at a price you can see.

Month to month: 30 days’ written notice, no cancellation fee, no auto-renewal clause, all in the one-page agreement. Moving between plans is a sentence in an email.

Who builds it

Built for performance, not for show.

I build sites for Trades because too many good shops get sold a brochure: nice to look at, and the phone never rings. In the Trades your reputation is the quality of your work. A website should be judged the same way: by the calls it puts on your phone, and how many of them book.

  • Calls over looks
  • Every call counted from day one
  • One person accountable, no handoff
  • Built for the towns you work in
  • Everything in your name
  • Google and Meta marketing certificates

Proof · Prince George, BC

An unfinished website, rebuilt. Jobs booked, some over $10,000.

Epic Pavement is a paving and asphalt maintenance contractor in Prince George, run by Dennis Kuebler. It was not a Launch: Dennis already had a site on Squarespace, so I rebuilt it where it stood and did the Google profile and local SEO around it. The thinking is the same one every Launch is built on: a page for every service, pages for the towns he works in, and measurement from day one.

Before

A website that looked unfinished, ranked for almost nothing and had zero tracking installed.

The work

Website redesign on Squarespace, on-page and off-page SEO, Google Business Profile, local SEO.

Time and cost

2 months of billed work, March to May 2026. Under $3,000.

After

First-page positions for its core services. Requests from ready-to-hire customers. Several jobs booked, some of them over $10,000.

100% of client sites I’ve completed rank on page one for at least one tracked search.

After, May 2026: the rebuilt Epic Pavement website, with a page for every service and every town

Questions

What Trades ask before the build.

How long does a Launch take?

21 working days from the day your content is in. The Blueprint comes first, in week 1. The one thing that stalls a build is waiting on content, so the intake form asks for everything at once. Send it back fast and the clock starts fast.

What do I need to give you?

The services you want calls for, the towns you work in, photos of your jobs, your logo if you have one, the reviews you already have, your licences, insurance and certs (WorkSafeBC and COR if you hold them), and logins for anything you already own, like a domain or a Google profile. Phone photos of real jobs beat stock photos every time. No photos at all? A half-day job-site shoot in Prince George is $450.

Can you fix my existing site instead of building a new one?

The Launch is a rebuild on native WordPress, at the same fixed price whatever you have now. If your current site is worth keeping, the Blueprint says so, and lists what to fix first, in order. That plan is yours to hand to anyone, including someone who isn’t me. When I do rebuild, your old page addresses point to the new pages, so you keep whatever Google already gives you.

Do I really own it?

Yes. Every account is opened in your name on day one, and I am a manager on them, never the primary owner. If you leave, nothing breaks and nothing needs transferring. It is written into the one-page agreement.

What about hosting?

The hosting account is opened in your name, with a host I recommend before the build. Your site never sits on a server only I control. If you choose CORE, I look after it for you: hosting, security, updates and small edits.

What if I already have a domain?

Keep it. If it is in your name, I point it at the new site. If a former web company or anyone else holds it, getting it into your name is the first item in your Blueprint, before anything gets built on it.

Do you use page builders?

No. Native WordPress, built with the editor WordPress ships with. No page-builder licence to pay for, nothing extra loading on a customer’s phone, and any WordPress developer can work on it after me.

What does it cost per month after the build?

Nothing to me, unless you choose a plan. Anything that renews, like the domain, the hosting and the call tracking number, is billed to you directly, in your name, by the company that provides it. If you want me to keep the map and the phone handled, CORE is $495 a month, month to month, with 30 days’ written notice and no cancellation fee.

Is the Blueprint extra?

No. Every Launch includes it. If you buy the Blueprint on its own first, the full $297 comes off the Launch when you go ahead within 90 days.

Do you build sites for Trades outside Prince George?

Yes. Same price anywhere in Canada. Delivery is remote by default: video call, email and the intake form. The photo shoot is the one add-on that is Prince George only.
