HiVis Launch · One-time build

Web design for Trades in Prince George, BC

A native WordPress site that says what you do, exactly where you do it, and shows real local jobs to prove it. Built by one person in Prince George, live 21 working days from content received, and everything in your name.

$3,900

One invoice. Same price anywhere in Canada.

21 days

Working days, counted from the day your content is in.

Your name

Domain, hosting, the site, your Google profile and the call tracking number.

Based here

I can come to your shop or yard, and I answer the phone myself.

Oleksandr Savchenko

I build it here, in Prince George. I can come to your shop or yard for the intake, and back for the photo shoot.

Who answers the phone

Before the phone rings

What a Prince George trade site has to say.

Most work here still starts with a name: a neighbour, a supplier, your truck in a driveway. Then the customer looks you up on a phone. Word of mouth gets checked on Google, and the site that shows these four things fast gets the call.

“after a few messages, most of them just stop responding”

A Prince George customer on r/princegeorge

01 · Where you work

Exactly where you work.

Prince George first, then only the corridor towns your trucks reach on a regular run. A customer should know in one look whether you come out to them, before they pick up the phone.

How each town gets handled on your site

02 · Proof of work

Photos from real local jobs.

A project gallery of your own work, sorted by job type and by town, with reviews next to the jobs they describe. Phone photos of a real Prince George job beat any stock photo, and customers can tell the difference.

No photos yet? Half-day job-site photo shoot, Prince George only: $450

03 · Certs for industrial work

WorkSafeBC and COR, where a site super can see them.

If you sub on industrial or commercial work, the site has to look like a sub that can bid Blackwater: your WorkSafeBC clearance, your COR certificate, a coverage map, the equipment you run and references a site super can check, on one page.

04 · The phone

A number that gets answered, and counted.

Click-to-call at the top of every page, a short enquiry form for the rest, and a call tracking number, so every call from the site is counted and you can see where it came from. Here, first to pick up wins.

The tracking number is opened in your name, like everything else.

Service areas · Prince George and the corridor

Say exactly where you work. Nothing more, nothing less.

“Serving all of Northern BC” tells a customer in Vanderhoof nothing, and gives Google no reason to show you there. Your site names the towns you drive to and gives each one what the work there has earned. Pick a group to see how it’s handled.

01

Prince George

Where the shop is, and the name on every page.

02

Towns you work in every week

A page of their own, with jobs from there.

03

Towns you drive to for the right job

Named, with an honest note on job size.

04

Towns you don’t serve

No page, no mention.

The corridor from Prince George: Quesnel, Vanderhoof, Mackenzie, Fort St. James, Burns Lake. Which group each town goes in comes from the jobs you’ve actually done, and the Blueprint writes it down.

Home base

Prince George, named everywhere it counts.

Your home page, your main service pages and your Google profile all point here. A neighbourhood like the Hart or College Heights gets a line on a service page only where you take jobs there, never a stack of copy-paste pages that say the same thing with a new name.

What that means on your site

  • Page titles and headings name Prince George, BC
  • Your Google profile and your site list the same services and the same area
  • Photos and reviews from Prince George jobs up front

Regular work

A page for each corridor town on your regular run.

If Quesnel or Vanderhoof is a regular run for your crew, that town gets its own service-area page: the services you offer there and the jobs you’ve done there, with photos. A customer there sees their own town, not a Prince George page with the name swapped.

What that means on your site

  • Its own page, with jobs from that town
  • Only the services you offer there
  • Inside the Launch’s 5 to 8 pages, or $250 a page after that

Bigger jobs only

Named on the service page, with the terms up front.

Mackenzie or Burns Lake might be worth the drive for a full job, not for a small repair. Say so on the page that fits the work, and the customer knows before calling. You stop donating estimates to jobs you were never going to take.

What that means on your site

  • Named on the service page that fits the work
  • One honest line about job size or travel
  • A page of its own once the work there is regular

Not on the site

Left off the site, and off the map.

A page for a town you never drive to only brings calls you have to turn down. Your site and your Google profile list the same area, so the customer outside it calls someone who can come, and the calls you do get are jobs you want.

What that means on your site

  • No page and no mention
  • The service area on your Google profile matches the site
  • When the work there becomes real, a new town page is $250

On PLUS, service-area pages for every town you serve are part of the monthly work, so the corridor keeps up with where your crews actually go.

Yours to keep

Built in your name, from the first login.

The domain, the hosting, the WordPress site, your Google Business Profile and the call tracking number are opened in your name on day one. I am a manager on them, never the primary owner. Leave and nothing breaks.

No rented site builder and no monthly platform fee just to keep it online. It is standard WordPress, so any WordPress developer in Prince George or anywhere else can work on it after me. It is the second line of the HiVis standard, and it is written into the one-page agreement.

The process

Plan, build, hand over. In that order, every time.

Four steps, the same for every Launch. Anywhere in Canada it runs on video calls and email. In Prince George I can also come to the shop, walk the yard and see the work. Content delays are the single biggest cause of stalled builds, so the clock starts when your content is in.

01 · Week 1

The Blueprint

You send your Google profile link. I audit it, map the competitors in your trade in Prince George, list the services and towns worth a page, and write down what to fix first. You get a document, not a sales call.

02 · Before the clock starts

Content, in one go

One intake asks for everything: services, towns, job photos, reviews, licences and certs, WorkSafeBC and COR if you hold them, and any logins you already have. In Prince George I can sit down with you at the shop and go through it.

03 · 21 working days

The build

I write the pages and build the site on native WordPress, set up or clean up your Google profile, and connect the call tracking number and the review request system. You see it all before it goes live.

04 · Launch day

Handover

Site, profile, call tracking and review requests go live, and every login is in your name. A pain-free handover: nothing to transfer, because it was yours from day one.

Add-on · Prince George only

No job photos? I come and take them.

A half-day job-site photo shoot: your crew, your trucks and the finished work, on a real Prince George job. The photos go into your project gallery and onto your Google profile.

$450

The price

One build, one invoice, no GST on top.

The Launch costs the same in Prince George as anywhere in Canada. Being local adds two things a remote build can’t: I can come to your shop, and you can book a photo shoot on your job site.

Proof · Prince George, BC

A site that looked unfinished, rebuilt where it stood.

Epic Pavement is a paving and asphalt maintenance contractor in Prince George, run by Dennis Kuebler: line painting, asphalt repair, crack filling and snow removal across Central and Northern BC.

Before

A website that looked unfinished, ranked for almost nothing and had zero tracking installed.

The work

Website redesign, on-page and off-page SEO, Google Business Profile, local SEO. A page for each high-value service, and service and location pages for the markets it serves across Central and Northern BC.

Platform

Squarespace. It was not a Launch: Dennis already had a site there, so the redesign stayed on it. A Launch today is native WordPress.

Time

2 months of billed work, March to May 2026.

After

First-page positions for its core services. Requests from ready-to-hire customers. Several jobs booked, some of them over $10,000.

Questions

What Prince George Trades ask before the build.

Can you come to my shop in Prince George?

Yes. I’m based in Prince George, so I can come to your shop or yard for the intake, and for the job-site photo shoot if you book it. Everything else runs the way it does for Trades anywhere in Canada: video call, email and the intake form. The price is the same either way.

I work in Quesnel and Vanderhoof too. Does the Launch cover those towns?

Yes, within its 5 to 8 pages. The Blueprint picks the towns where you actually take work, and each one gets a service-area page with jobs from that town. More towns than that? Extra service-area pages are $250 each. On PLUS, pages for every town you serve are part of the monthly work.

I sub on industrial jobs. What does my site need?

It has to look like a sub that can bid: your WorkSafeBC clearance and COR certificate shown, a coverage map, the equipment you run and references a site super can check, on one page. Same Launch, same price. The Blueprint shapes the pages around the work you bid on.

I don’t have good job photos. Is that a problem?

Phone photos of your own jobs are fine, and they beat stock photos every time. If you have none, the half-day job-site photo shoot is $450, in Prince George only. Your gallery shows your work, never someone else’s.

What do I pay after the build?

Nothing to me, unless you choose a plan. The Launch is one invoice. Anything that renews, like the domain, the hosting and the call tracking number, is billed to you directly, in your name, by the company that provides it. If you want me to keep the map and the phone handled, CORE is $495 a month, month to month, with 30 days’ written notice and no cancellation fee.

Do you also work for my competitor in Prince George?

No. One client per trade per town: I will not take your competitor in your town. If your trade is already taken in Prince George, my first reply says so.
